Driving Directions

From Stoney Trail, take the 16th Avenue (Trans-Canada) exit and head east on 16th Avenue. At the first lights turn left onto Bowfort Road NW. Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW (Bowridge drive comes to a T intersection). You will then see the big red gates straight ahead at the T intersection, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Glenmore Trail West you will continue until Glenmore becomes Sarcee Trail. Take Sarcee until the 16th Avenue exit. Exit onto 16th Ave West and turn left at Bowfort Road NW (in front of Canada Olympic Park). You will then make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW. Bowridge drive comes to a T intersection. Straight ahead you will see the big red Space Place gates at the T intersection, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Deerfoot Trail take the 16th Avenue West exit and turn left at the Canada Olympic Park lights onto Bowfort Road NW. Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW which will come to a T intersection. You will see our big red gates directly across the T intersection kiddy corner from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Crowchild Trail North take the 16th Avenue West exit and turn left onto Bowfort Road NW at the Canada Olympic Park lights. Turn slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW. Bowridge drive goes to a T intersection. Space Place is located at the big red gates straight across the T intersection, kiddy corner from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Downtown there are many ways to get to Space Place. You can take Memorial, 4th, 6th, 9th, 11th and 17th avenues to Crowchild Trail North and then follow the directions above.
