Driving Directions

From Stoney Trail, take eastbound 16th Avenue (Trans-Canada) exit. At the first lights turn left onto Bowfort Road NW. Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW, which will come to a T intersection. You will then see the big red Space Place gates straight ahead, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Glenmore Trail, head west until Glenmore becomes Sarcee Trail. Continue on Sarcee Trail and then exit onto 16th Avenue West. Turn right at Bowfort Road NW (in front of Canada Olympic Park). Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW, which will come to a T intersection. Straight ahead you will see the big red Space Place gates ahead, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Deerfoot Trail, take the 16th Avenue West exit and follow West until Canada Olympic Park. Turn right at the lights at Bowfort Road NW. Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW, which will come to a T intersection. You will then see the big red Space Place gates ahead, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Crowchild Trail, North take the 16th Avenue West exit and turn left onto Bowfort Road NW at the Canada Olympic Park lights. Make a slight right onto Bowridge Drive NW, which will come to a T intersection. You will then see the big red Space Place gates ahead, across from the Sandman hotel and Denny's Restaurant.

From Downtown, there are many ways to get to Space Place. You can take Memorial Drive, 6th, 11th or 17th Avenues to Crowchild Trail North, and then follow the directions above.
